Welcome to DRAIM Agency. By accessing or using our services, website, or purchasing our video content, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

DRAIM Agency is a marketing and content creation company, offering video production and bulk content packages for individuals, businesses, and agencies.

We provide:

• Custom and pre-made video bundles.
   
• Branding and marketing content packages.
   
• Social media-ready assets (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
   
• Optional add-on services (e.g., strategy, voiceover, scripting).
   

Services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Orders are confirmed once full payment is received, unless a written agreement allows partial upfront payment.
   
• Prices are listed in Euro and may be updated without prior notice.
   
• We accept secure online payments via trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
   

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver the agreed content or breach the contract.

The client agrees to:

• Provide clear and timely project briefs, brand assets, and approvals.
   
• Ensure they have the right to use all materials they submit (logos, images, audio, etc.).
   
• Not request content that infringes copyright, promotes hate speech, or violates any law.
   

• All final deliverables remain the intellectual property of DRAIM Agency until full payment is received.
   
• Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for personal or commercial use, as agreed.
   
• DRAIM Agency reserves the right to showcase the final work in our portfolio or social media, unless a written NDA is in place.
   

• Standard delivery times range between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the scope of the package.
   
• Any delay caused by incomplete client input pauses the timeline until all required assets are received.
   

DRAIM Agency is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   
• Content misuse by the client.
   
• Platform algorithm changes or performance metrics (e.g., engagement on social media).
   

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
